What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in technical support or operations.
  • ITIL knowledge.
  • A desire to learn.
  • Patience to support both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation (weekends and night).
  • Fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese is required; language proficiency will be assessed as part of the selection process.
  • Extensive knowledge of EDI technologies, preferably with experience in OpenText products.
  • This is an office-based role requiring in-person attendance at the São Paulo office three days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
