YOUR IMPACTA Senior Production Support Specialist role at OpenText is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a difference. As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge Business Network solutions that enhance the security, stability, and profitability of our customers' businesses.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Experience in technical support or operations.
• ITIL knowledge.
• A desire to learn.
• Patience to support both technical and non-technical customers.
• Willing to work on shift rotation (weekends and night)
• Fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese is required; language proficiency will be assessed as part of the selection process.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI technologies, preferably with experience in OpenText products.
• This is an office-based role requiring in-person attendance at the São Paulo office three days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
