Job Title: Business Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, financial management, or crypto-related back-office roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute operational workflows for cross-border payments (including fiat and stablecoin transactions) and virtual asset activities.
  • Monitor transaction costs, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto/stablecoin fund movements.
  • Maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Engage with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls, including know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Cordinate with banking partners, OTC desks, and internal teams to guarantee smooth settlement, reconciliation, and liquidity management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or Web3 environments.
  • Solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.
