A Day In The LifeThe Paid Media Associate Director demonstrates exceptional management skills and a strong leadership presence. They oversee a team of 4+ direct reports and are well-respected, trusted, and adept at rallying them toward shared and individual goals. They coach, mentor, and develop their team; handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication. They position themselves as an industry leader by proactively driving client growth, innovating new channel strategies, and continuously improving the skills of the team they oversee.
Key Responsibilities- Exceptional management and consistent application of management responsibilities and philosophies for their team
- Active coaching of direct reports and other department members via shadowing, role-playing, modeling, feedback, storytelling, coaching, and explaining the why
- Lead on the most complex client accounts, executing all responsibilities with high quality, on time, and with exceptional communication and strategic thinking
- Proactively grow client revenue within the portfolio and improve the team internally
- Identify opportunities to uplevel the team (operations, camaraderie, strategy/skill set, product, etc.)
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
- Experience with campaign development and optimization: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
- Significant campaign management experience in 3+ of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
- 2+ years of management experience
- Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the marketing funnel
- Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
- Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
- 95% team retention
- Hitting 95% to goal of P&L for department including service expansion goal defined by department
- Maintaining bandwidth between 7-9 and sentiment between 4-5 for direct reports
- 100% completion of PDM processes each week
- Managing bandwidth & sentiment of direct reports
