At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we’ll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.- **Your Role and Responsibilities**- Monitoring infrastructure support- Maintenance of service levels and requests- Project implementation- Keep record and report all deliverable KPIS for the AIOPs process (incidents avoided, insights analysed, dashboards created, correlations performed, new monitorings implemented, etc)- Work with the customer and technical teams to improve the monitoring of the environments, looking for opportunities on outages and from the insights/correlations generated by the AIOPs process.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Zabbix knowledge- Linux Administrator- Knowledge of monitoring tools- Script development**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**- Python and Application Performance Monitoring.**Required Education**- Bachelor's Degree**Preferred Education**- Bachelor's Degree**Country/Region**- Brazil**State / Province**- SAO PAULO**City / Township / Village**- Sao Paulo- Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
