Latin America Payment Partnership Manager

We're seeking an ambitious Channel Manager to support our payment partnership strategy across Latin America.
- This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day partner relationships, new card channel initiatives, and internal-external coordination.
- You'll develop and expand banking relationships across the region to drive growth.
- You'll identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
- You'll coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams for operational and compliance requirements.
- You'll research jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements to support new market entry strategies.
- You'll prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
- You'll provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
- Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory matters is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; English proficiency also necessary.
- Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
