Channel Manager Job in Latin America

We're seeking an ambitious Channel Manager to support our payment partnership strategy across Latin America.

  • This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day partner relationships, new card channel initiatives, and internal-external coordination.
  • You'll develop and expand banking relationships across the region to drive growth.
  • You'll identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
  • You'll coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams for operational and compliance requirements.
  • You'll research jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements to support new market entry strategies.
  • You'll prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.
  • You'll provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
  • Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
  • Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory matters is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; English proficiency also necessary.
  • Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
