The role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales - LATAM to join our enterprise sales team. Your focus will be on identifying key sales initiatives, qualifying prospects, and expertly guiding them through the sales process to drive adoption of our platform. Collaborating closely with our internal Marketing and Product teams, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach across Brazil and Argentina. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to a team of channel managers and sales representatives across LATAM, fostering their ongoing professional development. Sales Execution & Support: Conduct targeted visits with the distributor sales team throughout Latin America to drive performance and provide hands‑on support. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyse the performance of existing sales channels within LATAM, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maximize effectiveness. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure distribution strategies are aligned with market needs and product capabilities relevant to the LATAM market. Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular, comprehensive reports on channel performance across LATAM, presenting insightful analysis and recommendations to the leadership team. Requirements Proven experience thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and high‑growth environment, ideally with LATAM market experience. Demonstrable hands‑on experience leading broad initiatives within a sales function. Significant experience leading and motivating a sales team, with a preference for field sales leadership, across multiple countries in Latin America. Experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential. Experience with e‑commerce platforms and strategies will be considered a strong advantage. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be based in Sao Paolo. Strong analytical abilities with a clear results‑oriented mindset.
