The role encompasses the growth of the business. management of all aspects of the business including a full P&L and the reporting of the business through the various Business Line Managers at ABB You will be responsible for day-to-day management and strategic long-term target setting for the business with a focus towards profitable growth and strategic partnerships in the country.**This position reports to**:Region Sales Manager Analytics**Your responsibilities**:- Management of the ABB PAMA division (process automation measurement and analytics) with full P&L responsibility.- Strategic management of Sales/Service/Operational plans.- Target setting for all three independent business lines.- Personnel management and performance reviews- Reporting of progress to ABB. Sales/Service/Operational and Global Product Line Management.- Direct customer and channel partner interaction to improve ABB positioning in Brazil.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering or business management.MBA/Master in management / related fields (nice to have).- Direct management of a business with full P&L responsibility.- Experience in the Brazilian Oil & Gas, Water, Pulp & Paper and General Industrial markets.- Previous experience with the instrumentation, controls and analytical devices product portfolio.- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish (desirable).**More about us**:
