**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Implement/Improve/Maintain business management processes. This employee will lead business processes activities for a Large Kyndryl Customer. Activities Includes Project Management Office type activities: Business Reporting, Process Controls, Initiative Follow-ups, Collaboration and Agility.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Staff position. Fluent English Requried.
Implement/Improve/Maintain business management processes. This employee will lead business processes activities for a Large Kyndryl Customer. Activities Includes Project Management Office type activities: Business Reporting, Process Controls, Initiative Follow-ups, Collaboration and Agility.
Skills: Environment: Experience and working knowledge in key functional processes.
Awareness of business activities. Communication/Negotiation: Exchanges information, ideas and concepts. Requires negotiation to achieve coordination.
May recommend improvements to existing procedures
Contribution/Leadership: Working individually or as a team member, may set work priorities within well established procedures and objectives.
May provide coordination of activities. Gives technical direction.
Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for individual results, and for the impact of the results on the team, interrelated activities, or project.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Agile Knowledge, ITIL Knowledge, Good Communication Skills
