Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the E-commerce domain as a key member of our Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence, shaping the strategy and architecture of our digital commerce platforms while driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define features and capabilities required for the eCommerce platform/stores
  • Partner with the engineering organization to ensure the successful development and delivery of new features and capabilities in the eCommerce platform/stores
  • Lead the solution architecture team in creating architecture designs aligned with inputs from the Enterprise Architect
  • Translate high-level business requirements into actionable backlogs for the eCommerce engineering team
  • Work closely with multiple engineering teams managing different core enterprise components to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Manage relationships with business stakeholders to align technical deliverables with strategic objectives
  • Optimize eCommerce architecture to support business KPIs and drive measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor setup to deliver comprehensive architecture solutions
Requirements
  • Enterprise Architecture experience in the eCommerce domain (7+ years)
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, or Commercetools
  • Skills in eliciting business needs, understanding business KPIs, and converting them into problem statements and actionable plans
  • Knowledge of core enterprise landscapes and integrations
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment
  • Capability to work with and guide multiple engineering teams managing diverse enterprise components
  • Background in managing business stakeholders and aligning architecture solutions with their needs
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
