Recommerce Manager, Reverse & Recommerce & Network Losses — Amazon
Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages.
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Lead operational meetings and monitor process performance.
- Engage with stakeholders and review/optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and analyze performance data.
- Drive improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Program or project management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Advanced English.
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
