**Description and Requirements**:
**We are looking for an experienced Sr, Manager, Business Development (Sr BDM) - SAP HANA to drive business growth and support digital transformation initiatives across Latin America.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies for SAP HANA solutions across Latin America.
2. Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers to identify opportunities for SAP HANA migration projects.
3. Provide technical and strategic guidance on migrating legacy databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.) to SAP HANA.
4. Lead technical assessments and work with pre-sales and solution architects to design SAP HANA architectures.
5. Support customers in migrating workloads from HP-UX and Power AIX to x86-based platforms.
6. Build strong relationships with SAP, hardware vendors, and cloud providers to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
7. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive SAP HANA adoption.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and SAP's evolving product landscape.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**1. Large and proven experience in business development, sales, or solution architecture for SAP HANA projects.**
**2. Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, migration strategies, and database modernization.**
**3. Must have knowledge of database migrations from legacy environments (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) to SAP HANA.**
4. Must have designed projects of migrations from HP-UX and Power AIX to x86 platforms.
5. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise database solutions.
6. Ability to lead technical discussions and work closely with solution architects and sales teams.
7. Proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth in SAP environments.
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
9. Willingness to travel across Latin America as needed.
10. Bachelor's degree.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
2. Familiarity with edge computing and hyperconverged infrastructure is a plus.
3. Leading projects as a BDM or architect with large customers is mandatory.
