**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a Internal Control Manager to our Finance team in São Paulo
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Monitor the Company's internal control framework;
- Support business areas to implement and maintain efficient and effective controls across the Company;
- Create and standardize control documentation including process narratives, process flowcharts, and risk and controls matrices to evaluate both financial reporting & process efficiency;
- Lead internal controls assessments, evaluate business risks, identify mitigation controls and opportunities to improve the control environment;
- Conduct periodic meetings and walkthroughs with process owners to validate any process changes, update process narratives and assess for control gap;
- Facilitate requests between control owners and external auditors, actively engage with external auditors to ensure consideration and resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings;
- Support the Company's SOX compliance to ensure the Company maintains appropriate internal controls (manual and system) over financial reporting.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required;
- Experience with public company internal control environment (SOX environment)COSO Internal Controls/ERM Oracle/ NetSuite is a plus;
- Advanced/ Fluent English;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines;
- Flexible, hands-on, with a desire to work in a fast-growing, exciting, and agile business;
- Spanish is a plus
