Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our systems. As a Support Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes to resolve system errors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes to resolve system errors.
Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Murex functionalities, financial markets technology, and infrastructure management.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
