**What We Are Looking For**
**What you will be doing**
- Reporting to the the COO and supporting the three core business functions of Product, GTM and Implementation
- As a member of the leadership team you will shape overall People and Culture strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals, the companies strategy, and develop, communicate, and execute a holistic people strategy.
- Determine the key elements required for an effective Talent Acquisition strategy at Voyager and build a plan to execute against
- Act as a strategic partner to the business and provide coaching to executive and management teams on all HR related matters
- Voyagers goal is to become one of the best companies to work at in the world and a market leader in our space. You will define and deliver upon our employer value proposition to ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent across all of our current and future offices
- Enable a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member feels able to do their best work and be themselves
- Partner with the leadership team to develop, build and execute employee engagement and retention programs
- Implement, conduct and manage employee engagement surveys to understand the workplace and provide the employee voice to the executive team, with the goal of providing and enhancing positive employee culture. One of growth and of real time feedback
- Spearhead our performance management system to drive clarity and alignment through the organization for consistent talent management practices
- Build and facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting processes
- Drive excellence in people analytics to ensure high-quality data for business insights
- Work with leaders to complete job score cards and job postings/ hiring process in the early stages, with the goal of creating a process and team for recruiting/hiring.
- Coordinating with recruiters to secure highly talented talent in the early stages with the goal of creating a process and/or strategy to more effectively secure highly technical talent as you grow your team.
- Implement, conduct and manage employee engagement surveys to understand the workplace and provide the employee voice to the executive team, with the goal of providing and enhancing positive employee culture
- Build focus around continuous learning and development; identify key training and development opportunities
- Build on policies, plans and practices to build and sustain a dynamic workplace that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion
- Own all compliance matters (guidelines, training requirements, audits, etc)
- Ensure compliance with existing and forthcoming HR legislation
**About You**
- Fluent in English and Portuguese. Bonus if you speak other languages such as Spanish, Chinese or Arabic
- 5-10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience preferably within a technology driven, high growth start-up environment
- Experience hiring internationally in the US, UK/EU and LATAM
- You have scaled teams from 30 to over 100 people
