Job Title: Operations Hybrid Carrier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Hybrid Carrier to assume responsibility for qualifying opportunities, coordinating client needs, and managing rates for ongoing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify opportunities to determine the validity of shipment requests by evaluating relevant data.
  • Coordinate client needs and requests with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
  • Input data and emit documents through the customer and UWL's system to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Send quotations and prospects to Trade teams for further evaluation.
  • Provide direct support to US pricing, Trade, and sales/GAT teams as needed.
  • Operate day-to-day tasks within a workflow as assigned.
  • Manage rates for ongoing clients on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to maintain optimal pricing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage rate input systematically into CargoWise for both Buy and Sell transactions.
  • Be responsible for UWL Reconciliation for both EB and WB vessels to ensure accuracy.
