**Job Duties and Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field;
- Experience in geosteering and drilling operations;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Advances English;
- Reside in Macaé or nearby.
