The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Role
- Responsible for building and managing the local Partnerships team at Shopee to drive growth in users and brand exposure across the market
- Responsible for searching for further possibilities of partnerships to achieve business goals
- Constantly engaging, contacting and onboarding new partners by finding customized solutions to benefit both sides
- Manage and track current partners providing a proactive, positive and constructive relationship
- Build and develop to ensure growth
- Analysis of competitors and market practices to find recommendations and opportunities.

- Strong experience with Partnerships and/or other related areas in Marketing
- Previous experience in managing a team and able to bring a lot of energy to develop the team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with external stakeholders
- Advanced english speaker
- Strong analytical/reporting skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Previous experience in an e-Commerce a plus
