Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfill their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.
Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook, app) for one of our investment products . The product is a #4 top-grossing dating app with an MAU of 900k. This is a mindful dating & community to find new connections, improve social skills, and find a soulmate. The product team of 50 employees is aiming to revolutionize modern dating.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy by leveraging Facebook;
- Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and targeting strategies, identifying the most effective combinations that drive user acquisition, conversions, and improved return on ad spend (ROAS);
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per first purchase (CPA);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and evaluate the product together with the product team.
We expect from you:
- Solid knowledge of web and app promotion, including expertise in the iOS SKAD Network;
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop actionable recommendations and implement them;
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager;
- Generate ideas and tasks for creative production, develop creative hypotheses;
- Prior experience in online marketing;
- Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (such as Appsflyer etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics;
- B1+ English;
- UA practices in different GEOs (USA, Tier 1 countries);
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

In other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
