Job Title: Lead User Acquisition Manager

Social Discovery Group is a global technology company that builds apps at the intersection of dating, social, and entertainment. Our portfolio includes 70 social discovery platforms with a focus on AI, game mechanics, and video streaming.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our user acquisition efforts and drive growth for our web and mobile products. As a Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies to improve user engagement and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve user engagement for our web and mobile products.
  • Manage the purchase of traffic, introduction of advertising, and A/B testing of creatives on channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition campaigns and ensure the highest possible ROI.
  • Track campaign performance indicators and assess their success by KPI.
  • Analyze trends and insights, and optimize to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing for mobile and web products, working with Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Team management experience (ideally 3-5 people).
  • Experience with huge and small/mid-budgets.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava to track user acquisition campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of ASO and CRO best practices, knowledge of SEO.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • English B2+.
  • Understanding of international marketing: the ability to manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, navigate cultural nuances, and adapt campaigns to local markets' specificities.

In other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
