KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, HR to join our HR organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the HRBP and HRIS project lead for the South America Hub;
- Understand overall HR business needs and functions across multiple business units and countries;
- Develop a clear understanding of business unit/country strategic plans, end to end HR processes, issues and risks;
- Gather, analyze and document information on existing HR business processes in order to make recommendations on process enhancements;
- Leverage project management experience to collaborate with key stake holders to monitor, report and drive projects forward;
- Linking/driving the business & people strategy and by doing so, influence decision making with local key stake holders;
- Ability to gather and analyze data, to be able to identify trends and present strategic decision-making recommendations;
- Leverage HR generalist experience to identify stake holders needed to develop and execute creative solutions.
- Based at São Paulo, expected travel 25%.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
- HR Generalist/ HRBP/ HRIS experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project management skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, must have impeccable Customer Service and interpersonal skills, project a positive attitude, and display professionally mature behavior in challenging situations;
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization;
- Strong IBM Blueworks Live, SuccessFactors, Excel, and PowerPoint skills is a plus;
- Ability to use English and Portuguese (intermediate Spanish language).
