**Order Management Specialist (m/w/d)**
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Der Order Management Specialist spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der operativen Effizienz durch die Verwaltung des gesamten Bestellprozesses. Dies umfasst die Auftragserfassung, die Koordination mit internen Abteilungen (wie Vertrieb, Produktionsplanung, Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und Controlling) sowie die termingerechte und präzise Lieferung von Industrieprodukten und systemen. Die Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein solides Verständnis industrieller Lieferketten und ERP-Systeme.
**Hauptaufgaben**:
**Auftragsabwicklung**:
- Entgegennahme, Prüfung und präzise Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen in das ERP-System (D365 Advantage).
- Überprüfung der Produktverfügbarkeit, Lieferbedingungen und Kundenanforderungen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Bedingungen, Kundenvereinbarungen, Anforderungen von Kundenportalen und interner Richtlinien.
**Kundenkommunikation**:
- Hauptansprechpartner für das Auftragsmanagement.
- Kommunikation von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferinformationen sowie Bearbeitung von Änderungen oder Stornierungen.
- Proaktive Lösung von Problemen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
**Koordination mit internen Teams**:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf zur termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung.
- Abstimmung mit dem Supply-Chain-Team bei Rückständen oder Lieferzeiten.
- Eskalation und Nachverfolgung kritischer oder verzögerter Aufträge.
**Dokumentation & Reporting**:
- Pflege genauer Aufzeichnungen aller Aufträge und Kommunikationen.
- Erstellung von Berichten zur Auftragsverfolgung und KPIs in Bezug auf Lieferleistung, Auftragsgenauigkeit usw.
- Unterstützung bei Audits und Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung.
**Prozessoptimierung**:
- Identifikation von Ineffizienzen im Auftragsprozess und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung.
- Unterstützung von Automatisierungs
- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Order Management.
**Anforderungen**:
- **Ausbildung**: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- **Berufserfahrung**: 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Auftragsmanagement, Kundenservice oder in der Lieferkette, idealerweise im Industrie oder Fertigungssektor.
- **Sprachen**: Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- **Technische Kenntnisse**:
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, D365).
- Vertrautheit mit Kundenanforderungen und Kundenportalen (falls im Einsatz).
