Responsible for managing the ordering activity for the organisation, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received. Order management includes order entry, creation of purchase orders, order acknowledgement and keeping customers informed on delivery dates.
**Main Activities**
- Preparing, verifying of the accuracy of customer orders, validating and processing international sales and service orders in different ERP system
- Creating order-related purchase orders, intercompany and third party
- Invoicing of orders
- Delivery date monitoring (maintaining backlog), keeping customers up-to-date and forecasting sales
- Working towards personal KPIs and objectives as outlined
- Making sure new orders are entered within 48 hours
- Handling issues in the best interest of the customer and company
**Job Requirements**
- Good level of general education
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Advanced level of English language
- Advanced level of German language will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in working with customers to resolve order issues
