**About the Voith Group**Dirigir e gerenciar toda área de operações da Voith Hydro na região LATAM, visando excelência no cumprimento do escopo, prazos, custos, qualidade e resultado financeiro da empresa.**Operational Director**Diretor operacional**Responsabilidades**:- Responsável pela gestão de todo departamento de operações da VHP (Engenharia, Manufatura, Supply Chain, Implantação e Programação).- Engajar e motivar equipe para atingimento dos objetivos da empresa.- Garantir o relacionamento das áreas envolvidas, sob gestão ou não, para garantir as entregas no prazo.- Garantir assertividade de rentabilidade entre o que foi orçado e o entregue (orçado x realizado).- Realizar interface com stakeholders internos e externos;- Atuação em situações de crise e conflito com clientes de forma a equacionar interesses e mitigar desgastes;- Identificar e mitigar riscos;- Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria na performance dos processos das áreas sob gestão.**Requisitos**:- Formação em Engenharia;- Inglês e Espanhol avançados;- Pós e MBA é um diferencial;- Imprescindível ter experiência com projetos engenheirados de grande porte;- Desejável que já tenha gerido áreas de operação com fabricação e implantação de bens de capital engenheirados;- Desejável ter tido experiência profissional internacional (multicultural);- Empresa utiliza sistema contábil de POC (% of completion).
