Project Analyst, Payments Team

Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud and Compliance. - Monitor the collection operation;
- Support the implementation of billing systems in Brazil;
- Carry out Change Management actions;
- Act as a focal point of communication with the head office;
- Support local leadership in the implementation and improvement of operational processes;
- Track the status of strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Higher education in progress or completed;
- English at an advanced level;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Analytical ability;
- Experience in project management;
- Agility to work in a startup environment.
