**The Role**:**What is the role?**Shell Energy Brasil is a trading company responsible to be the single customer and market interface for downstream power, gas and environmental products activities in Brazil. The role reports to Origination Manager Brazil, which is part of the Shell Trading & Supply Global Structure, a vibrant business of Shell plc specialized in the commercialization of all worldwide commodities.This position is the main responsible for the settlement’s activities including system registry, invoicing and payments through a third-party Contractor, is also the first point of contact for customer support and plays an important role as controller of Contractor performance and shell end-to-end processes impacting the settlements.**Responsibilities**:- Back Office Support:- Responsible for operationalizing the Power deals to Shell's best commercial advantage, ensuring that trading transactions are entered correctly into the relevant systems, working with traders and stakeholders to help manage the life of a deal as well as analyze transactions.- Coordinate the invoicing and payments through third party, acting as quality assurance, guarantee the payment and receivable of all deals closed as well as payments of supplier’s contracts.- Responsible for registering Power Contracts in CCEE.- Office Infrastructure:- Coordinate local facilities and infrastructure at SEB office, directly or through third party suppliers, including the management of supplier’s contracts- Support SEB team in administrative routines- Counterparty Onboarding Focal Point assurance: support Onboarding Focal Points (COFs) and commercial team to collect the proper documents and data from customers. Guarantee system maintenance and integration.- Assure Records Management, Data Quality, Data Privacy and Data Security.- Comply with Shell Policies and Rules and guarantee 100% of mandatory training**What we need from you**- Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.- Bachelor’s Degree required- Minimum of (3) three years of work experience in Back-office activities.- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.- Fluent in English and Portuguese- Strong Excel skills- Innovative and learner mindset that can take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
