Nesta oportunidade, como Supervisor de Customer Success você irá:
Liderar e orientar a equipe de analistas de Customer Success. Gerenciar clientes, desenvolvendo estratégias personalizadas e maximizando a satisfação. Otimizar processos de Customer Success para garantir eficiência e qualidade operacional. Colaborar com outras equipes, como vendas, suporte, produtos, implantação e jurídico. Analisar dados do cliente e fornecer insights para a liderança. Conduzir reuniões com a equipe para revisar o progresso em relação aos KPIs. Monitorar o desempenho individual da equipe e identificar áreas de melhoria. Assumir a responsabilidade por eventos críticos de clientes. Manter comunicação regular com os clientes estratégicos da carteiraSobre Você
Para esta posição, buscamos profissionais com as Habilidades & Experiência:
Experiência comprovada como Supervisor de Customer Success ou função similar. Familiaridade com ferramentas SAAS e análise de dados do cliente. Habilidades de comunicação e colaboração. Compreensão dos principais indicadores de sucesso do cliente, como NPS, Taxa de Retenção, Upsell, Crosssell Inglês e Espanhol (avançado ou fluente) Conhecimentos na área jurídica ou software jurídico
