Technical Recruiter Job Description About Turnkey We're a leading offshore tech staffing firm, expertly managing the complexities of hiring exceptional developers. Our clients can focus on building world-class software while we cover recruitment, payroll, and legal compliance. The team is growing fast and worldwide, with employees located in Eastern European countries and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Uruguay). We scale remote software development teams for US-based enterprises and start-ups. Role Overview We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical roles Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and internal reports Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Familiarity with technical and non-technical profiles Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools Strong communication and organizational skills Experience hiring in Latin America Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Upper-Intermediate + level of English Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone Benefits We build a diverse team of talented individuals who bring different perspectives to the business and feel a sense of inclusion and belonging when they join us.
