Our international team of 1200 professionals and digital nomads works all over the world.**Our teams of digital nomads** work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.**In August 2024, we achieved **Great Place to Work US Certification**This achievement reflects our core belief that a truly exceptional workplace is built on trust, pride, and camaraderie—not just great perks.We are looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic, growing team**Your main tasks will be**:- Manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with our objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice- Work in close cooperation with the Head of User Acquisition and other team members to produce best-in-class marketing- Help execute new projects with your team like brand launches, new betas and features- Work with other teams in the business like creative and data to drive marketing results- Take ownership of a portfolio of Cupid Media brands and own the Google Ad and paid social channel results for those brands- Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry, have a close relationship with our business partners like Google, Meta & TikTok- Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.**We expect from you**:- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing working with Google Ads- 3+ years managing Facebook advertising (TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter/SnapChat/Pinterest experience a plus), accounts in excess of $100,000/month in international markets and in multiple languages- Degree in marketing or related field- Results-focused, able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics- Strong copywriting and communication skills- Meticulous attention to detail- An analytical, data-driven, and highly structured approach to decision-making- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and succinctly- Proactive, initiating attitude - you take action to accomplish objectives and goals beyond what is required- Ability to work at scale and embrace automation- Strong proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau or other BI solutions- A strong data analysis foundation**What do we offer**:- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;- Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;- 20 paid vacation days and 7 wellness days per year;- $1000 reimbursement for workplace equipment (after three months probation is complete, paid only once);- Health Benefits.**Sounds good?
