**Job Summary**
The Retail Environment Manager - Neighborhood Pharma, is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment strategy and the respective 5Ps (Product/Price/Promotion/Point of Sale/Planogram) based on his experience in Marketing, Trade marketing and Sales. Having direct interaction with Consumer Marketing, Retail Shopper Insights, Category Management and Customer Development to develop their strategies and tactics for executing categories and brands in this Retail Environment.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
Store Segmentation & go to Market:
- Coordination with sales and Shopper Insights team, in the company and validation of retail environments based on customer and consumer profiles;
- Development of Go to Market defining the role of Channels, identifying price formation for the key SKUs and ensuring that distribution and coverage are carried out.
Identification of the Shopper's Mission in the Retail Environment:
- Work together with the Marketing and Shopper Insights areas to develop research programs to build knowledge about the retail environment, general consumer behavior and the category's purchase mission in the retail environment.
Performance Assessment of CP & Category in the Channel, Definition of Strategies and Objectives:
- Lead the development of an execution strategy to explore opportunities for sales growth in existing or new channels and store formats;
- Establish goals and KPIs for all categories in the Retail Environment, ensuring that mechanisms for monitoring results are correct and being well used;
- Anticipate, predict and proactively respond to channel competition moves and tactics including in-store activities while performing benchmarks with CP operations;
- Monitoring, reviewing and modifying Retail Environment plans to ensure CP is encouraging in-store purchase while ensuring efficient use of commercial resources so that brand objectives are achieved within the channel and customers following the P&L guidelines;
- Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis before and after business environment activities by developing a library of performance history and learning from business plans considering all types of commercial investments.
Definition of 5Ps Strategies & Tactics by Retails Environment:
- Complies with all policies and standards;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements**
Basic requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Marketing or Business Administration
- Fluent English
- Commercial/Trade Marketing experience in consumer goods companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Research Analysis Tools (Nielsen/ IQVIA/ GFK/ Kantar/ Dunnhumby)
Preferred qualifications include:
- Solid commercial experience, preferably in consumer (Food, Hygiene and Beauty) or pharmaceutical companies
- Consistent history of achieving business objectives: Market Share and Sales;
- Successful experience in managing multiple brands and releases simultaneously;
- Proven ability to understand and develop trade marketing strategies;
- Ability to develop and stimulate inter-organizational relationships for business delivery;
- Ability to translate brand strategies into trade marketing actions in the retail environment and customers including 5Ps tactics and execution guidelines;
- Investment management and trade marketing budget control.
**Travel Requirements**
- Expected percentage of travel: up to 10%.
