The Retail Environment Manager is responsible for the development and management of the Retail Environment (Cash&Carry) and respective 5Ps (Product/Price/Promotion/PoS/Planogram) based on their experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Sales. He/she works closely with Consumer Marketing, Category Retail Marketing and Customer Development to develop the strategies and execution tactics for the categories and brands in this Retail Environment. Leads actions to achieve Retail Environment goals

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Responsible for defining and implementing the 5Ps strategies for each category.
- Indirect Channel: C&C
- Retail Environments: C&C
- Definition of Assortment and Sku's focus of RE
- Develop Promotional Grid Calendar (Consumer and Trade Packs)
- Develop Distribution actions for each category (Incentives, Sell Thru Actions)
- Develop Actions to increase store visibility (POP Material, off Shelf Visibility, Shelf ready package/displays)
- Develop differentiated strategies for Business and Family Shopper
- Evaluate opportunities for packaging and differentiated materials
- Contribute to the development of customized actions for customers
- Performs other functions assigned to it
- Complies with all policies and standards

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration or Marketing)
- Exprience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of tools such as: Nielsen, Scanntech, IQVIA, Dunnhumby & Simphony

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience, preferably in consumer goods companies (Food or Hygiene and Beauty)
- Consistent history of achieving business objectives: market share and sales
- Successful experience in managing multiple brands and launches simultaneously
- Proven ability to understand and develop trade marketing strategies
- Ability to translate brand strategies into trade marketing actions in the retail environment and its customers, including 5P tactics and execution guidelines
- Investment management and trade marketing budget control
- Knowledge of Office tools and Google tools
