Job Description

  • The LATAM eCommerce Team is responsible for the sales growth of eCommerce DtC Channels working in partnership with the 7 subsidiaries in Latin America.
  • As Samsung expands its Direct-to-Consumer operations in Latin America we are looking for an Jr. Manager to the eCommerce Mobile App Operation.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Define and ensure the commercial strategy and promotional calendar execution in APP channel across Latin America countries, in collaboration with subsidiaries and regional marketing team.
  • Develop, update and align with supply, product and eStore areas a daily promotional scheme dedicated to APP channel, offering exclusive benefits to APP customers.
  • Manage key elements of Sales Management like Demand Planning, Inventory/supply and sales forecast by category.
  • Monitor, analyze and set the action plans to achieve the main sales targets and APP KPIs.
  • Run Weekly Meetings with main stakeholders to follow the projects and commercial initiatives in each country, in order to ensure the execution of the regional strategy.
  • Monitor the APP competitiveness compared to other Samsung channels or external competitors, players and brands. Identify and engage the stakeholders to implement best practices in the region.
  • Prepare weekly reports and presentations of results and strategies to the Top Management.
  • Participate on activities regarding DtC channels management, supporting the strategy discussions, opportunities mapping, projects roadmap and new partnerships activation.



Background & Experience

  • Solid experience in commercial area, being responsible for monitoring and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in preparing sales strategies / action plans and engaging different areas to execute commercial initiatives.
  • Experience in e-commerce. In Mobile APP will be a plus.
  • Knowledge in Reports and Management Analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office services (mainly Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing knowledge driven for APP operations will be a plus.
  • Comfortable to work with a huge volume of data and different metrics of performance.
