Our main products include Endoscopic Staplers, Open Staplers, Trocars, Ultrasonic Scalpels, and other surgical consumables.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager for the LATAM region at Bluesail Surgical. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in their assigned territory. Daily tasks include identifying potential Distributors, building strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders, presenting product information, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support. This role is based in Brazil or other Latain America Country with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of the surgical stapling market in the LATAM region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience working with surgeons and healthcare professionals
Note: Relevant training in medical devices and surgical instruments will be provided to the selected candidate.
