About The Role: Frontline hero for InfinitePay: guide customers from quick questions to complex issues. Own outcomes end-to-end: diagnose, resolve, and follow through. Turn friction into delight and long-term loyalty. What You'll Do Support customers across chat, email, and phone with fast, precise responses. Troubleshoot deeply; identify root causes and ship fixes/workarounds. Retain customers with creative, practical solutions. Close the loop: follow-ups and callbacks until 100% resolve. Nice To Have (Qualifications) Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Ruby or Python. Passion for technology, especially tools like ChatGPT, and how they can transform customer experiences. Location This role is full-time and fully remote.
