TRANSPORTATION PROJECT MANAGER (DELIVER)
Main Activities/responsabilities:
Effective and efficient project delivery to enable operational strategy (WH & Transportation, International Trade, Compliance, Customer Service and Business Development (A&D).
Set By: RDO and Segment Leaders with inputs from PM & Analytics and RDEx Leaders.Focus: Plan and deploy specific projects focused on achievement of business results (cost, service, compliance, technology, etc), facilitating the transformation of Deliver operating model in LATAM.Measured By: Project development plan, successful completion of all project phases and closure of all aspects of project, delivering on-time, at the right cost and on scope.
**Qualifications**
Special Requirements:
- Be able to build a robust project plan and lead implementation covering all stages (Initiation, Plan, Execution/Monitoring and Closing), in order to define with key stakeholders, the Final Project Objectives and key deliverables for each workstream.
- Provide overall project tracking and direction related to schedule, cost, performance, resources and quality.
- Identify risks and roadblocks in order to address the proper solution ensuring project timeline and budget.
- Sense of urgency being able to avoid and/or articulate issue-resolution, bringing the right people up to solve problems or escalating risks or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team is required and experience leading cross-company and/or cross-region team.
- Ensures compliance to corporate and regulatory agencies policies/rules/procedures.
Other requirements:
- Master's degree, or equivalent
- Must have thorough understanding of Transportation process and demonstrated ability to implement transformational projects of transportation.
- Project management training and/or certification (PMI®, FPX, Agile).
- Exceptional skills in structuring complex task-lists and coordination of complex processes execution.
- Highly capable of influencing, build relationships and conflict solving skills.
- Experience in a previous leadership role and the ability to lead, motivate and develop people (project planners, leads and core-team members).
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools (MS Project, Planner, Microsoft List and BI tools).
- Digital-friendly and data-driven mindset.
- Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Lean experience will be an asset.
