We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global Revenue Operations team Who We Are Jampp is a programmatic advertising platform used by leading mobile advertisers such as Uber, Just Eat Takeaway.com, FREENOW, Rappi, and BIGO Live. Founded in 2013, we leverage machine learning, creative optimization, and proprietary advertising solutions to drive incremental growth for mobile businesses. We’ve expanded to 10+ countries and are now part of the Affle Group following a successful IPO. Revenue Operations Team The team operates the business and executes each campaign, aiming to deliver outstanding results for our customers. What You'll Do Customer Focus Serve as customers' primary point of contact – building strong and lasting relationships with key players in the mobile programmatic space. Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and overcome roadblocks. Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and business. Ensure their goals are met and provide strategic counsel. Identify growth opportunities (cross‑sell & upsell). Campaign Management Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously – be responsible for the planning and revision of our mobile marketing campaigns using Jampp’s programmatic tools. Structure insightful analyses to improve and understand campaigns' performance. Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities and recommendations for both our internal teams and our customers to continuously improve operation in Jampp. What We Look For 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Digital Marketing industry (Advertisers, DSP, etc.) or at a digital media agency. Commercial drive & customer focused profile. Proficient at data handling, analysis and report building. Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks. Fluency in English is a must (both written and speaking). Spanish is a plus Proficiency in AI tools is also a plus. Ambitious self‑starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning. You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your competence and positive attitude.
