**Job Description Summary**:
GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the HR team in the recruitment and selection process.
- Support the HR team in employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, setting up new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and managing employee data in HR systems.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless HR service delivery in a matrixed environment.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in: Human Resources; Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Availability to work up to 2 years.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate and work in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
