**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our growing team in Latin America. As part of this role, you will perform various administrative tasks and support our Human Resources department’s daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include updating screening resumes and scheduling interviews to support our recruitment team. It will also include supporting to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes.

Time management, organisation skills and communication skills are a priority for this fast paced and varied role. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about HR and enthusiastic about career development.

Joining Turner & Townsend as a Human Resources intern, you will embark on a five-year structured early careers programme. During these five years, you will experience the full functionality of the Human Resources function across the Latin America region

**Qualifications**:
**Education & experience**
- Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proven experience working in an office environment is advantageous but not mandatory

**Key responsibilities**
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
- Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

**Skills**
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory
- Detail-oriented
