Description We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our growing LATAM team In this role, you’ll be the strategic partner to our LATAM Sales Leaders, helping shape data-driven decisions, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure operational excellence across the region. What You’ll Do Partner with sub-regional Sales Leaders to drive performance through data-backed insights and segment strategy. Identify gaps and opportunities across the funnel to accelerate revenue growth. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key trends, performance, and opportunities. Own all Direct Sales cadences, dashboards, and business tools, ensuring smooth execution of the sales rhythm. Collaborate cross-functionally on growth initiatives that support the long-term vision for LATAM. Support forecasting and pipeline health reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations. Requirements / What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar analytical/strategic role (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred). Proven success partnering with Sales teams to drive performance and operational improvements. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
