Day-to-Day Full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for both technical and non‑technical roles. Talent strategy & sourcing: leverage automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate experience: ensure a seamless, high‑touch journey that enhances Bitfinex’s reputation. Innovative recruitment practices: continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and trends to optimize hiring efficiency. Collaboration with hiring teams: work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑driven decision making: use recruitment analytics and KPIs to measure success and refine strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, covering technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience; ability to source and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset. Flexibility around CET timezone or willingness to adjust as needed. Preferred: previous experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space.
