LI-Hybrid Team Overview You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability. Never a dull moment The ideal candidates for our Operations role should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and be ready to lead by example. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business Role Responsibilities Lead, manage and challenge a technical team regarding incentives strategies on the driver side to balance our marketplace and provide a good experience, always rethinking our process and ways to increase efficience Manage multidisciplinary projects and initiatives to enhance our business performance Monitor marketplace results and support the team with deeper analysis Data Analytics: knowledge of Excel data processing SQL Ensure collaboration with other teams to improve operational productivity & user experience Balance attention to detail with fast execution We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Role Qualifications Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree; Past experience in managing teams for at least 1 year; Experienced in multidisciplinary projects and/or multiple stakeholder management; Strong problem-solving skills; Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making; Hands-on approach; Knowledge in Excel data processing and SQL; Strong critical thinking; Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
