About The Team / Role

You will be involved in the definition and execution of business operations. This data-driven role requires a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking and interpersonal ability. You will work in a tight team with a clear impact on DiDi businesses. Expect a hectic, fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidates have strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, time management, organizational habits, and the ability to lead by example. You will seek scalable solutions while overseeing growth. Your processes and projects will contribute directly to the growth of DiDi business.

In this role, you\'ll be...

• Lead, manage and challenge a technical team regarding incentives strategies on the driver side to balance our marketplace and provide a good experience, always rethinking our process and ways to increase efficience
• Manage multidisciplinary projects and initiatives to enhance our business performance
• Monitor marketplace results and support the team with deeper analysis
• Data Analytics: knowledge of Excel data processing SQL
• Ensure collaboration with other teams to improve operational productivity & user experience
• Balance attention to detail with fast execution
• We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength

Qualifications / What you should have

• Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
• Past experience in managing teams for at least 1 year;
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects and/or multiple stakeholder management;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Skilled in data analytics and data-driven decision making;
• Hands-on approach;
• Knowledge in Excel data processing and SQL;
• Strong critical thinking;
• Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
