About the Team
The team is responsible for leading a team of creator managers to develop additional top performing e-commerce creators with clear strategies, build successful TikTok Shop e-commerce creator case studies, practice and summarize effective approaches for creator sales growth and drive partnerships between creators and merchants.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Make both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop top level creator development strategy and be responsible for growing top e-commerce creator scale and sales;
2. Initiate efficient incentive policies to empower top creator development;
3. Manage top creator acquisition strategy
4. Explore effective methods to support creator livestream and short video sales growth including methods on increasing traffic, optimizing merchandise recommendation and improving creator's selling skills, making top creator growth playbook to guide creators and partners to gain more sales;
5. Deliver top creator performance report and insight by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-commerce content;
6. Increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying top creator successful case studies;
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchants partnerships to support creator revenue;
**Qualifications**:
1. 3+ years working experience in creator/user/merchant development or creator affiliate at internet/e-commerce companies;
2. Strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge;
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
4. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
5. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
6. Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus.
7. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
