Transform Your Career with a High-Performance Engineering Role We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our collaborative team focused on building large-scale, highly available data platforms. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who can drive technical excellence and enhance our DevOps and backend infrastructure. Our high-performing engineering team is responsible for enterprise data distribution applications and backend APIs serving customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. Lead and own DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline management and cloud infrastructure. Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring secure, reproducible deployments. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing systems. Ensure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with security best practices. Manage and optimize AWS services (S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS, IAM, VPC, ECR) and deploy Kubernetes clusters. Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and drive root cause analysis. Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in functional programming and 7+ years of experience in JavaScript. Proven experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native environments. Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Expertise with AWS services and strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows. Familiarity with Terraform and solid understanding of application security. Strong debugging skills and excellent communication skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with automated database migrations and versioning. Background in API integration and distribution systems. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
