Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Role Overview: As the Americas SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead our sales development efforts in the region, driving lead generation, and setting up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. You’ll manage a team of SDRs, setting targets, coaching for success, and ensuring effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Americas SDR team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey.
- Identify opportunities in new markets and industries within the region.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unlimit’s product offerings and competitive landscape.
- 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC market.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
