Role Overview: As the Americas SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead our sales development efforts in the region, driving lead generation, and setting up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. You’ll manage a team of SDRs, setting targets, coaching for success, and ensuring effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Americas SDR team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified leads.Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey.Identify opportunities in new markets and industries within the region.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unlimit’s product offerings and competitive landscape.Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments.Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams.Strong knowledge of the APAC market.Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a MUST.Why Join Us:Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company shaping global financial infrastructure.Competitive salary, bonus structure, and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
