Job Description

iTalent Digital is seeking skilled and dynamic Lead Facilitators to join our global training and development team. This role involves delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participant engagement, and providing leadership and support to other facilitators within the region. Lead Facilitators will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment, managing regional training operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training initiatives. This position is for one of our prestigious clients, offering an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and initiatives.


Location and Language Requirements :

We are hiring in various global locations, with specific language needs for each country:

  • United States (San Francisco) : English
  • *****Brazil (Sao Paulo): Portuguese, English*****
  • Mexico (potentially) : Spanish, English
  • Netherlands (Amsterdam) : Dutch, English
  • India (Bangalore) : English, Hindi


Responsibilities:


Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for new hires, managers, and teams, both virtually and in-person.
  • Ensure training materials and tools are fully functional and ready for each session.
  • Create an inclusive environment that encourages participation and fosters learning.

Regional Management:

  • Oversee training operations within the designated region (US/LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and backup coverage to handle last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate with the Program Director and other regional managers to ensure alignment with global training objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the region.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

  • Regularly sync with managers and stakeholders to discuss improvements and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous feedback loop to refine and enhance training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate facilitator performance, providing coaching and development as needed.
  • Oversee survey data, training analytics, and NPS scores to drive improvements.
  • Provide feedback for program iterations and contribute thought leadership for program enhancements.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Ensure proficiency with all relevant virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Test all equipment and software before each session to prevent technical issues.
  • Maintain professional presentation standards, including proper lighting and backgrounds for virtual sessions.

Administration and Coordination:

  • Manage rosters, LMS entries, meeting invites, and communications.
  • Provide technical support to other facilitators during training sessions to ensure smooth and timely kickoffs.
  • Handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination for training sessions.
  • Manage a shared inbox, triaging issues and questions to appropriate team members for timely resolution.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your iTD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal iTD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and facilitation, with a focus on corporate environments.
  • Proven experience managing training operations within a specific region (US/LATAM, EMEA, or APAC).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and ensure compliance with regional standards.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the region.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
