Job Summary: Supports go-to-market initiatives and sales execution as a subject matter expert for Backhoe Loaders (BHL), primarily for Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, with support for all Latin America BHL requirements as needed.

ResponsibilitiesProviding product application expertise at point of sale or by delivering various types of product training including applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, company and dealers\' sales personnel.
Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, and collect product and customer requirements to inform product improvement and new product introduction programs.
Manage and own regional pricelists, training content and marketing materials.
Support tradeshows and customer/dealer facing activities, visits and events.
Collect and document regional Voice of Customer (VOC) to influence future product development and design.
Support the regional Industry Team and Dealers to help make BHLs easy to sell; support tender submissions.
Ability to extract and communicate the value of products and solutions to customers and dealers alike.
Basic requirements: Bachelor\'s degree completed.
Pre-Advanced English.
Hands-on experience with off-highway or industrial machines.
Pre-advanced Spanish.
Proficiency in data analytics tools.
Up to 25% travel is required (domestic and international).
Note: This position requires on-site work five days a week.
