The role of Senior Manager/Director of Consumer Communications involves integrating the Communications Team and working directly with our leadership team to develop and execute the full Consumer Comms strategy. We require extensive external Communications experience in innovative companies, preferably in the technology segment.
The position requires planning and executing Comms strategies and campaigns, interacting with media, journalists and KOLs, and managing an external PR agency. Key responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, improving brand favorability, maintaining tonality of earned media stories, and managing crisis/mitigating negative PR impact.

This role requires:
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Extensive external Communications experience in innovative companies
- Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments
