**About this opportunity**
The Director, Commercial Operations LATAM is an experienced professional in charge of developing and expanding best business practice into existing LATAM markets for the complete Invisalign product range. The Director of Commercial Operations is responsible for executing new ideas and concepts with the objective of bringing in notable new streams of Invisalign revenue, by forming the best performing sales organization and implementing successful business strategies across the region.
**In this role, you will**
- Meet LATAM company sales objectives and cash flow targets
- Along with General Management, develop plans for sales representative deployment, activities, reporting requirements, quota allocations, and key metric development to ensure effectiveness.
- Manage sales through existing and future distribution channels
- Develop, formulate, and scale-up new distribution channels
- Map, define and implement best business practices across LATAM
- Ability to manage and handle multiple detail oriented projects at a time
- Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Operations and Finance.
- In coordination with LATAM Sales Leadership Team, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
- In coordination with LATAM Sales Leadership Team establishes compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
- Expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings.
- Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management.
- Supervise evaluation and coaching of Territory Managers - through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data.
**In this role, you’ll need **
- Minimum 12 years sales operations experience with previous experience at sales management level
- Analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience with both high level sales operations strategy and day to day detailed sales operations work
- Develop and deliver effective presentations
- Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred
- Bottom-line and results oriented
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA is desirable.
- Advanced English, Spanish is desirable
